Does Whirley-DrinkWorks! sell direct to consumers? / Can I purchase single items directly?
No, we are a custom Business-to-Business manufacturer/supplier. Our products can only be purchased at our food & beverage retail partner locations.
Does Whirley-DrinkWorks! offer replacement lids or products?
No, we unable to offer replacements. As an on-demand manufacturer producing product per order, we do not have spare product in inventory to send out.
Where can I purchase your products?
Our products are carried by our food & beverage retail partners across the country and around the world, such as convenience stores, theme parks, restaurants, theaters, sports stadiums and fairs & festivals.
Are your products Made in the USA?
The majority of our products are made in the USA at our factory in Warren, Pennsylvania. We do sell some products that are manufactured in China. We have a team in Hong Kong to oversee product manufacturing and quality. All of the Asia partner facilities we use are socially compliant.
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our products are both microwave and dishwasher safe. Please check our Products page and refer to the icons on the specific product you have questions about for full information.
Do your products contain BPA?
The majority of our products that have food contact surfaces do not contain BPA. Locate and click on the specific product in question from our Products page and look for the "BPA Free" bullet in the 'Features' section.
Food & Beverage Retailer FAQ
How long is your lead time?
Lead times may vary depending on the product. Please Contact your Regional Sales Manager for confirmation of the lead time on the specific product(s) you're interested in.
For most Warren based (Made in the USA) products, average lead time is 4-6 weeks once we receive approval of your artwork and a Purchase Order.
For sourced and custom products the lead time is longer depending on the order and/or scope of the project.
What is the minimum order for your products?
All our products have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). The MOQ is specific per product and can range from 500-10,000+ pieces. Please check our Products page for specifics.
Do you have products in stock?
The only stock product programs available are specific to customers and brands with pre-approved arrangements. Contact your Regional Sales Manager if you've ordered stock product in the past, or you believe your organization has a stock program set up with Whirley-DrinkWorks!
Many of our products are available at a 500 piece Minimum Order Quantity. Please check our Products page for specifics.
Are your products Made in the USA?

Yes! We design, print and package custom displays & point-of-sale (POS). Our team can work with you to create displays and signage that reach and motivate customers at the point of decision.
Do you provide support for building beverage/refill programs?
Yes! Our expert sales representatives and marketing team will work with you to help build your unique beverage program and manage the planning for a successful execution based on your goals.
